www.positivefinance.com (hereafter also the Site) provides information and educational services in the financial field for use by both the Public and Professional Practitioners.

These services are provided through Society MC Advisory CSR srl Society Benefit (hereinafter also "MCSR" and the "Society") headquartered in Voghera, Via Sant'Ambrogio, No. 21, registered with the Register of Companies of the City of Pavia at REA No. 305240, VAT No. 02840490185, which is the owner of the Site.

MCSR is an independent innovative start-up and a Society benefit, established by a team of professionals with proven experience in the financial industry. MCSR's partners include no financial intermediaries. Society does not provide personalized advice to individuals.

MCSR developed the computer platform that enables the operation of the Site.

MCSR is the owner or authorized licensee of any text, images, graphics, photographs, music, sound or algorithms contained in or forming part of the Site. Unless otherwise noted, all material contained herein is protected by applicable copyright laws.

The methodologies, algorithms, evaluation systems, and processes used by the Site are the intellectual property of MCSR. Such material is made available to Users for legitimate use but may not be copied, republished, incorporated, transmitted or distributed, nor used to create derivative material without prior written consent from Society.

The User is authorized and committed to strictly private use of the Site and may not in any way exploit it to create or prepare products or services that compete with the business of Society.

The Site will be online until Dec. 31, 2021 in a "beta" version, i.e., usable in an experimental phase, free of charge and with no strings attached to subsequent subscriptions.

The person who registers for the Site (hereinafter also User) in the "beta" version can do so through the log in page and by providing the following information:

first and last name
email address

As of January 1, 2021, the services of the Site will be provided on a pay-per-use basis (except for access to free areas) under the conditions visible in the SUBSCRIPTIONS section.

The subscription to one of the proposed formulas can be subscribed (with prepayment) on a monthly or annual basis, taking advantage, in this case, of the "12-month formula" discount. At any time it will be possible to cancel the subscription and get a refund of the amount equivalent to the unused period.

In addition, it is possible at any time to change the subscription formula by paying the difference in debit if switching to a higher formula, or by getting a refund of the remaining credit if switching to a lower formula.

In light of the EU Data Protection Regulation 2016\679 (GDPR), we have updated our Privacy Policy.
The new Notice, which you can read on this page, is made pursuant to the aforementioned Regulation to those who access and navigate the website www.positivefinance.com (the "website" or "the platform") and explains the essential points about how we collect data from members/users, the reasons why we process such data, and the rights of our members/users. The policy is made only for the positivefinance.eu domain and does not cover any other external websites that may be accessible from the pages of the platform. WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?

MC Advisory CSR SB Srl is the controller of your personal data ("Mcsr" or the "controller").

Some sections of the website can be accessed without revealing your identity or other personal information except your e-mail address, which will be entered into Mcsr's database. If you decide to access the restricted sections and take advantage of the services rendered by Mcsr (see in this regard the page "Terms of Use") you will be asked for additional personal data i.e. information that can identify, directly or indirectly, a natural person. In this case, the person is You who are browsing the website. In particular, Mcsr processes the following data:

your first and last name;
your contact information (i.e., phone and email address);

your answers to the questions formulated about your professional activity to activate the requested services;
information acquired through your interaction with our site, such as statistics on the number of hits, traffic to and from the site, searches performed, funds and portfolios viewed, any portfolios loaded;
the data you voluntarily provide in this context to take advantage of our services and subscribe to a subscription plan (e.g. tax code and/or VAT number).

WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Mcsr provides for the collection of your personal data with the following purposes:
Main purpose: registration as a new subscriber and/or user and management of the entire relationship with the data subject, as well as offering and providing the data subject with services to which he/she has access as a subscriber and/or user.
Basis of legitimacy: execution of pre-contractual measures and a contract.

Additional purposes:

Personalize, measure, and improve our future services, content, and advertising;
Submit any questionnaires to you for the purpose of improving our services;
Inform you about our services, send you commercial communications, updates and promotional offers;
statistically process data from all users in an anonymous and aggregated form in order to provide value-added services.

Basis of legitimacy: legitimate interest.

WHO ARE THE DATA CONTROLLERS OF YOUR DATA?

The owner has appointed data processors (Mcsr's internal staff) to handle your data on behalf of the owner.

HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

The processing of personal data will be mainly carried out with the help of electronic or otherwise automated means, but also with manual media, in the manner and with the tools suitable to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.

TO WHOM CAN YOUR DATA BE DISCLOSED?

Your data may also be disclosed:

to all those entities (including Public Authorities) that have access to personal data by virtue of regulatory or administrative measures;
to Society, consultants or professionals who may be entrusted with the installation, maintenance, updating and, in general, management of Mcsr's hardware and software or whose services are used by Society ;
to Society or Internet providers responsible for sending documentation and/or informational materials;
to Society in charge of processing and/or sending advertising and informational materials on behalf of Mcsr;
to all those public and/or private entities, individuals and/or legal entities (legal, administrative and tax consulting firms, Judicial Offices, Chambers of Commerce, Chambers and Offices of Labor, etc.), if the communication is necessary or functional for the proper fulfillment of the contractual obligations undertaken, as well as the obligations arising from the law.

Data will neither be transferred nor disseminated, except in anonymous and aggregate form, for statistical or research purposes. Mcsr does not transfer or assign your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

WHERE, HOW AND FOR HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

Your personal data will be stored in Mcsr's servers at its hosting providers (located in the European Union area) for the duration of the contractual relationship and in any case for a period of 10 years following the conclusion of the contract. Please note that if you intend to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data during existing contractual relationships with the data controller, the latter will not be able in any way to fulfill its obligations under the existing contract, so the withdrawal of consent to the processing of your data will result in the early termination of the contract: this choice does not determine any consequences with respect to the services already performed by both parties. In addition, in the event of a request by you to delete, block or anonymize your data, the data controller will not be able to contact you again in any way. Notwithstanding the above, we would like to inform you as of now that - in compliance with legal obligations - the data controller may further reserve the right to retain your data if this is imposed by mandatory regulations, both of a national and EU nature.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

As a data subject, you have the right to:

Access and request copies of your data;
Request rectification or updating of your data where inaccurate or incomplete;
to request, under certain circumstances, the deletion of data relating to you or the restriction of processing involving your data.

The communication of data for the purposes described above is voluntary but necessary for the purposes of registration to the website and the completion of the subscription contract for the services provided by Mcsr. Any refusal to communicate the data in question will result in the impossibility of completing the registration procedure and receiving the services offered exclusively to users of the Reserved Area of the website.

PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES

Mcsr may change the content of this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the new version on this page. All new terms and conditions will be effective from the date of publication. Mcsr will notify you via positivefinance.eu and may, but is not required to, send an email message to the address you provide. We encourage you to periodically check this page for the current Privacy Policy. Following any changes, Mcsr will treat your use of the platform as acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

We take great care in handling data and fund analysis. However, our providers may provide us with incorrect data: always check the information you find on Positive Finance and notify us if you find an error, we will correct it as soon as possible.

This isnot a financial advisory site ; our goal is to help you evolve as a Positive Investor and become more aware and competent. Before investing, always check with your adviser or bank that your choices are appropriate and will not harm you.

Our analyses of managers' sustainability policies (denoted MCSR Intensity in the tables), are done with care, method, and passion but cover only a few thousand funds.

In summary, avoid DIY (unless you want to study finance seriously) and trading (it is a business for professionals), rely on a good advisor. Remember that you are paying him to look after your interests even when you feel you are not paying him.
